July 27, 2022 – Brampton Board of Trade members had a lively morning engaging with newly elected Brampton North MPP Graham McGregor at our annual Provincial Issues Forum. The event was hosted at The Garden Banquet and Convention Centre and began with networking and an early morning breakfast for guests.
Co-moderators Glenn Williams and John Cruickshank led us through a fireside chat style conversation with MPP McGregor, covering everything from Brampton’s transit and infrastructure needs to affordability of childcare and housing, to addressing questions on supports available to small businesses still suffering the effects of the pandemic.
More than once McGregor offered himself up as the ear of the community and promised that he will take people’s issues to his government and try to find resolutions.
After the Q & A, McGregor took the floor and joined the networking, taking time to speak with everyone and answer their questions.
