How to get published in Trade Talks

We invite and encourage all submissions to Trade Talks. Deadline for content is the 15th of the prior month. So, for example, Nov. 15 for December’s issue.

Business news – Do you have changes at your place of business, an expansion, new boss, new products or services, industry recognition or a special anniversary? Send us a brief or a picture of a special presentation and we will publish it in Trade Talks.

Letters to the editor- Do you have an opinion on matters that may effect the business community. The Brampton Board of Trade plays an active role advocating for business with all levels of government. We value your opinion and so will other business leaders.

Spotlight on a Business – Any Board of Trade member can submit a Spotlight on a Member. Write a 450 word story on your business – why are you unique, what products and services you provide, and include hours or operation, address, phone, email and website. Send us your logo with a picture of the owner.

Business advice columns – Can you share your business expertise with other Board of Trade members? We have a number of regular columnists who write generic business advice (no advertising please). Columns should be 450 words and submitted with a picture and a paragraph of information about your expertise i.e. Betty Smith is an IT specialist at ABC company. Calendar of events – We often receive submissions about upcoming events involving businesses or organizations in Brampton. If you have a special event coming up send us a brief for our Calendar of events.
