Congratulations to Robert Bizzoni of Mortgage Intelligence
on being selected The Brampton Board of Trade’s Small
Business of the Month.
Robert Bizzoni has been in the mortgage industry for
18 years and an active member of the Brampton Board
of Trade for about 3 years. He serves on the Multicultural
Committee for the BBOT and on the 2008 Business Expo
sub-committee. He has also been a resident of Brampton
since 1985.
Robert is affiliated with Mortgage Intelligence – One
of Canada’s largest and leading Mortgage Brokers – as
a Mortgage Agent. He holds his Accredited Mortgage Professional
(AMP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.
What I do For My Clients?
Once I gain an understanding of my clients (borrowers)
mortgage needs and objectives, I will source out appropriate
mortgage solutions on their behalf. My search for an
appropriate mortgage covers the Mortgage Marketplace
not simply one lender. In fact most Canadian Mortgage
Lenders are included in my search.
Once my search is complete I represent my client’s
interests during the negotiation and throughout the
entire process from securing the approval to the funding
date.
