The Brampton Board of Trade award winning
program “Skills Without Borders”, designed to raise awareness about
labour needs in Brampton and the ability of skilled immigrants to
meet those needs, will host its 2nd annual JOB FAIR for local employers
with labour needs and/or willing to diversify their workforces.

City Committee in the first annual Brampton Clean and Green Corporate
Challenge on Friday April 25. We are
inviting all Brampton-based businesses to come out and help clean

Your Performance Education Series is a succession of short seminars
for entrepreneurs and business professionals. The series is designed
to increase personal performance, business growth and sustainability.

BBOT forms advisory group
for women entrepreneurs
The Brampton Board of Trade is in the process
of forming an Advisory Council for women entrepreneurs and leaders.
The Women’s Entrepreneurs and Leadership
Advisory Council (WELAC) a peer advisory group made up of diverse,
successful business women who are interested in learning, sharing
and supporting each other through a peer-mentoring. Members will
meet four times a year to explore issues through a variety of formats
such as roundtable discussion, case study analysis and guest speakers.
